Registration is always free. Later, in case you are satisfied with the service, you will be able to upgrade to a subscription formula for more storage capacity or additional functionalities. You can cancel or change your formula at any time. The 'Free' formula is not limited in time and there is no advertising. Important: when a 'Free' account is not used for 60 days, it will be removed automatically. Paid accounts are never removed automatically.
No. You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an e-mail with your login to our support. You will receive a confirmation email saying that your account is switched back to the 'Free' formula or that your account has been cancelled if this is what you wished. The payment of subscriptions is made in advance. This means that the prepaid period will not be refunded. Subscriptions paid with credit card or Paypal are automatically renewed 10 days before expiry date.
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club), Paypal or transfer.
Yes. And it is really easy. Once you are connected, click on 'My account > Subscription'. You will find an overview of all the different formula's. The only thing for you to do is to pick your choice.

You will not receive any commercial messages from us with the exception of an occasional newsletter to keep you informed about the evolutions of our service.
